Scheduling Policy

We are happy to help find your desired appointment on short or as long of notice you choose to give. All services are based on availability. All services are by appointment only. Walk-in appointments are not accepted. We require a credit card or voucher number to reserve spa appointments.

Groupon & Payments

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & Debit cards.  Sorry, we cannot accept personal checks as payment.

Appointments booked with a Groupon that fail to cancel or show will be marked as redeemed.  

Groupon promotional value cannot be used toward any other promotions. 

Groupon and other promotional offers are not valid during calendar holidays. (excludes in-house specials)

Late Arrivals

We will do our best to accommodate your arrival, but ask that you plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to ensure your punctuality. As a courtesy to our clientele, please remember that if your treatment time is delayed due to late arrival, it will end when scheduled so that the next guest is not delayed. If you arrive late for your service, you are still responsible for payment of the full service. 

Cancellation Policy

We are always delighted to welcome any guest and your business is greatly appreciated. A 48 hour advance cancellation is appreciated on all spa appointments. To avoid being charged 50% of the fee for scheduled appointments, we require 24 hours notice. Appointments made the day of or within 24 hours of the appointment are subject a 50% service fee for cancellations or “No Show.” If you booked your appointment with a Groupon and fail to cancel or show for your appointment,  your Groupon will be redeemed. 


Our technicians are licensed and certified professionals who strive to make your experience comfortable and memorable. If you have any particular needs please feel free to make mention of this while scheduling your appointment and we offer a thorough consultation before any service with the technician performing the service.

It is customary to undress fully for spa services as the technicians are trained to drape the body with sheets during services. If you please, feel free to leave under garments on during the service. All our services are provided in private rooms. Please put cell phones on silent while receiving spa services.
